We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any subscriber to the newsletter who does not meet these criteria (age over 18) will be immediately deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention.

All subscription access to the Trading Coaching Experience must be paid on the initial day of joining, and then yearly/monthly on the same day until the user cancels. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time, and will end on the next payment date if cancelled. You will be able to cancel your subscription within your account or alternatively you can ask JJ S Enterprises Norfolk Limited to cancel your subscription.

Article 2b: Community and Program Access

Community, Bonuses and program access will be granted instantly upon purchasing of the yearly VIP subscription. Community and bonuses will be granted instantly upon purchasing of the monthly VIP subscription.

Article 2c: Members Rewards Scheme Free Giveaways

As a Trading Coaching Experience member, you will have access to the free giveaways. Where members will be able to enter freely any of the free giveaways, through the members rewards scheme free giveaways.

All rules for the members rewards scheme free giveaways can be found within the Discord workspace. Once the community is at capacity the free giveaways will open for free entry.

(Note: There is no purchase required to enter any free giveaways, all giveaway rewards will be picked at random via the MEE6 Discord Bot)

Article 3: Price

The prices are indicated in pounds. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order. You can pay by credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside the UK must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express. Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted by software in the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of the company Stripe and cannot be attributed to us.

Norfolk FX Trader will assume that you wish your subscription to start immediately and that you consent to Norfolk FX Trader providing you with your subscription contents of the Discord Trading floor and Program as soon as possible.

Each member who signs up to an annual subscription will receive live tutor support, through the discord community, email and online chat.

Article 6: Delivery

Delivery is made to the email address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the email address you enter.
